Her Malibu home burned in the Palisades Fire while she was in Zambia — she learned it was gone by seeing it on X/Twitter: "I was in Zambia, and saw my house on Twitter, and that's how I found out." She first confirmed the loss on her own Instagram on January 9, and told Watch What Happens Live on January 21, "I worked 25 years to get it."
